• Responsible for the Digital Marketing of an Employment Service and Payroll Processing Service provider operating in Mainland China, focusing primarily on the company's website SEO and Social Media Marketing. Ensure the receipt of two qualified leads daily. The target clientele is multinational companies.
• Manage the Digital Marketing for an Employment Service and Payroll Processing Service provider serving mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA, with a primary focus on the official website's SEO and Social Media Marketing. Ensure the acquisition of eight qualified leads per day, targeting multinational companies.
• Develop and refine a keyword database highly relevant to the business.
• Continuously improve the official website’s search ranking on Google and Bing based on targeted keywords.
• Continuously increase the number of high-quality visits to the official website.
• Continually enhance the technical and content quality of the official website, ensuring it is search engine friendly.
• Constantly improve the professionalism of the website content to increase the likelihood of clients choosing our services over competitors.
• Maintain the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, to improve search rankings and increase the number of followers on social media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal and external writers to develop and implement a content writing plan, ensuring the continuous publication and refreshment of professional content.
• Develop a data model to regularly update various metrics, including website exposure, traffic, and the number of qualified leads based on targeted keywords. Adjust and implement the marketing plan based on data to track and improve performance.
• Efficiently manage the marketing budget and expenses, continually reducing the cost per acquisition of each qualified lead.

Requirements

• Native English speaker.
• More than three years of experience in search engine optimization, proficient in Google SEO and Bing SEO.
• Expertise in WordPress and its various plugins.
• Candidates with experience in B2B Marketing will be given preference.
• Performance-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-driven.
• Skilled at learning and applying new technologies, such as AI.
