Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the business development of Clement Design in China mainland. Under the authority of the sales director, you will be in charge of assisting with administrative, logistic, and sales support tasks.

Order management

• Bring quality customer service: order taking, arranging quotations, and embroidery rendering.
• Prepare orders: stock picking, embroidery coordination, and delivery arrangements.

Sales support

• Maintain databases in order.
• Manage communication with English-speaking customers.
• Arrange occasional translations.
• Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support.

Stock Management

• Coordinate import and warehousing,
• Ensure the showroom is fully stocked at all times.
• Support with tasks of ironing, cleaning coordination, …

Showroom Management

• Welcome and provide recommendations to clients visiting the showroom.
• Promote direct sales in the showroom.
• Maintain a tidy and organized environment.

Requirements

• A degree in business management or logistics is a plus.
• Good communication skills including oral and written communication in Mandarin and English.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated and proactive, Organized with strong attention to detail.
