Job Description
AdvaCare Pharma is looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing customer accounts.
Account Managers play a crucial role in the negotiation process, oversee the coordination of several departments throughout the ordering process, and develop our distributors to help them grow their business in their home markets. Excellent communication, both internally and with customers, is needed to provide the high level of service that AdvaCare Pharma is known for.
Ultimately, you will be expected to grow your distributor accounts in both revenue and product range by understanding their market and needs. Coordination with our Marketing Department for promotional support adds a unique aspect to the position. Our training program also provides effective business development skills and a real understanding of international business.
This role requires high attention to detail, multitasking skills, strong time and project management skills, and most of all a desire to grow, succeed, and be part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage distributor orders and coordinate internal tasks with our Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing Depts.
- Develop positive relationships with distributors.
- Act as the point of contact, in a project manager-like role to handle distributors’ individual needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Report on the status of accounts.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Learn the exporting process from beginning to end. Effectively follow the SOPs, and even contribute to the improvement of procedures.

Requirements
- Past experience in sales or sales-related positions
- Proficient in multi-tasking and time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication
- Negotiation and presentation skills a plus
- Experience with project management a plus
- Experience using ERP systems a plus
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
