10 (and Then Some) Places to Watch the 2018 Super Bowl

Bars with screens, early openings and breakfast deals, so you can watch the Patriots trounce the Eagles. Yeah, we said it.
2018-01-25 15:34:10

American football! It's been called the "chess of sports" and "inferior rugby." The 52nd Super Bowl sees five-time Super Bowl champions the New England Patriots going up against the Philadelphia Eagles, who've never won and whose fans have a reputation for abusing the upholstery. It's a rematch of Super Bowl 2005, when the Patriots beat the Eagles by 3 points in overtime. We've got a '90s underdog sports movie in the making.

Kick-off is 7.30am Shanghai time on Monday, Feb 5. We've prepared a list of spots around town that are streaming the game, Justin Timberlake's malfunction-less half-time show, and even the commercials, in all their (glitchy) glory. Breakfast and drink deals available.

Go Ducks.
