Established in 2022, METHOD MMA by Tsibizov Team, affiliated with Frota Academy, offers world-class training for mixed martial arts (MMA), Jiu-Jitsu, striking, and wrestling. METHOD MMA has its main branch in Shanghai, with one gym in Jing'An and another in Pudong. We've also got another branch in Foshan.

At METHOD MMA, we strive to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment with a focus on modern and proven training methods, systems, and techniques.
