    Nondescript near hole in the wall gastronomy resto with spartan interiors along the Suzhou river. Seating for just 22, but an elaborate and professional kitchen hitched to the side. Singaporean chef Jun Nishiyama curates a tight menu of just 6 starters and 4 main courses, with a rotating specials on offer. Small portions and big on flavor, the kitchen brings the firepower to the few dining patrons that secured a spot on the weekends. Two seatings per evening, from 6-8pm and 8pm to closing time, with last call for food orders at 10pm.
